We fulfill orders within 3-7 working days. Delivery in Poland takes DPD / INPOST 1-2 business days, and foreign DPD 2-6 business days and TNT / FEDEX 5-10 business days.
Please note that there may be a 1-3 day delay in receiving your order during special offers, sale events or new collections. The above times are also the estimates of our couriers. The estimated time does not include the customs clearance, which unfortunately we have no influence. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Exchanges and returns
Of course, we not only accept size exchanges of the same product, but also exchange for different products. Secure the product and place it in the package along with the completed and signed exchange / return form. You send us a refund or exchange at your own expense. Please attach the receipt or its copy to the return shipment.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
