How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The above times are also estimates from our couriers. The estimated time does not include customs clearance, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
We do our best to make sure your ordered products reach you on time.
When will my order be shipped?
The moment you place your order, we start sewing the products you bought.
The delivery time of your order can be from 4 to 7 working days. Depending on the season or promotional campaigns, this time may extend by an additional 3 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Simply click the link provided to track your order.
Taxes and duties
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charges. My package is missing, what should I do?

What is our return policy ?
The product must be in original condition, and all tags remain in place. We recommend wearing the panties over your own underwear. The product must not be damaged, worn, washed or otherwise modified.
How do I send back a return or exchange?
You may choose to return via a courier of your choice. The customer is responsible for the return shipment and any fees and charges associated with it. It is up to you which courier you use, however, we recommend using the registered mail method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend that you return the goods by registered/tracked mail and keep the proof of posting and tracking number. Without proof of shipment or tracking information, no refunds or exchanges will be issued .You must also include proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)and a completed return or exchange form with your return shipment.

How much time do I have to return and exchange?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange the delivered product.
What when I miss the return deadline?
If the 14-day return period has passed, we do not accept the goods and send them back to the customer.
What if there is a problem with my products (defects/erroneous product)?
We are confident that you will love your products, however, if there are any problems with the quality or incorrectly received product, we will solve it quickly. Please contact our customer service team. Items suspected to be defective must be returned under our free label generated by our team, and inspected by our team.
Can I exchange products?
We offer to exchange the same product for another size and another model. If possible, replacement items will be shipped within 14 days. If the replacement size you have chosen is not available, you will receive an automatic refund and an email notification. If you exchange for a different model and there is a difference in the amount you will receive a refund using the same payment method or we will send you a bank account number for the transfer.

Is it possible to change the address after order confirmation?
If your order has been fulfilled, a change of address is not possible.If you ask for a change before it is fulfilled, it may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

If you want to change your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders quickly, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make changes.
Is there an option for gift wrapping?
Yes, add such information in the order notes. If you wish not to add the receipt to the package we will send it to you by e-mail.
