We offer the possibility of return and exchange. You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Additional Returns Guidelines
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags and inserts attached. The return package must be accompanied by the original purchase document and a properly completed return/exchange form. If the order was purchased with a gift card, the return will only be refunded directly to the gift card.
- Please wear your underwear when trying on the purchased product.
- Items shipped in the company's bags/boxes must be returned inside the shipping boxes, as this is considered part of the product. We recommend that you use the original packaging included with the shipment for returns.
- We recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, GLS, FedEx, InPost (in Poland and Italy). Please note that returns via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Return shipping and any return duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 14 days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within 2 years from the date of purchase.
Any complaints regarding products purchased in our store should be submitted by contacting us via e-mail on our website with attached photos of the defect in order to generate a return label. You can download the complaint form here.
We will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint. We will immediately notify you of any deficiencies in your complaint. Together with such a notification, you will be sent information on how to fill in the gaps in the complaint.
